Wanitcha Sumanat Participates in Debt Resolution Advisor Training to Share Knowledge
with SEAProTI Translators and Interpreters
19 December 2024, Bankok – Khun Wanitcha Sumanat, President of the Southeast Asia Professional Translators and Interpreters Association (SEAProTI), participated in the training program “Debt Resolution Advisor (L1)” organized by the Rights and Liberties Protection Department in collaboration with the Bank of Thailand. The event took place on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 1:00 PM and was conducted online via Zoom. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Em-On Siangyai, Director-General of the Rights and Liberties Protection Department, with Mr. Thapapuk Buranasing, Director of the Dispute Resolution Promotion Division, delivering the opening report.
The training aimed to provide participants with knowledge of debt resolution strategies, including financial and debt management techniques. The primary attendees were mediators from 109 community-based dispute resolution centers across the country, totaling 140 participants. The program was supported by expert speakers from the Bank of Thailand, offering insights into helping debtors manage their financial challenges.
Wanitcha joined the program to acquire knowledge about debt resolution and management techniques, which she plans to share with professional translators and interpreters in the SEAProTI network. This initiative seeks to empower association members with effective financial management skills and promote long-term financial stability in their professional and personal lives.
This training program serves as a crucial mechanism for advancing the implementation of the Dispute Mediation Act, B.E. 2562 (2019), and for supporting government policies on debt restructuring. The program particularly focuses on assisting debtors with housing and vehicle loans, both within and outside the formal financial system, while also providing financial literacy tailored to the lifestyle of the Thai people.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส เข้าร่วมอบรมหลักสูตรหมอหนี้ชี้ช่อง นำความรู้แบ่งปันสู่นักแปลและล่าม SEAProTI
19 ธันวาคม 2567, กรุงเทพมหานคร – คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมหลักสูตร “หมอหนี้ชี้ช่อง (L๑)” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย กรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ ร่วมกับ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 19 ธันวาคม 2567 เวลา 13.00 น. การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นในรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่านโปรแกรม Zoom โดยมีนางสาวเอมอร เสียงใหญ่ อธิบดีกรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และนายธปภัค บูรณะสิงห์ ผู้อำนวยการกองส่งเสริมการระงับข้อพิพาท เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน
การอบรมดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้เกี่ยวกับช่องทางการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สิน รวมถึงเทคนิคการบริหารเงินและการจัดการหนี้ให้กับผู้เข้ารับการอบรม โดยเฉพาะผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยประจำศูนย์ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทภาคประชาชนจาก 109 ศูนย์ทั่วประเทศ รวมทั้งสิ้น 140 คน ภายใต้การสนับสนุนจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
คุณวณิชชาได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมครั้งนี้เพื่อนำองค์ความรู้ด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สิน รวมถึงแนวทางบริหารจัดการหนี้สินที่ได้เรียนรู้ มาแบ่งปันกับนักแปลและล่ามวิชาชีพในสมาคม SEAProTI โดยหวังให้สมาชิกในสายอาชีพสามารถบริหารจัดการด้านการเงินของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงช่วยส่งเสริมการสร้างความมั่นคงทางการเงินในระยะยาว
หลักสูตรนี้ยังถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท พ.ศ. 2562 และการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายรัฐบาลด้านการปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ โดยเน้นการช่วยเหลือลูกหนี้ในระบบและนอกระบบ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มสินเชื่อบ้านและรถ ควบคู่กับการให้ความรู้ทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมกับวิถีชีวิตของคนไทย
