“Wanitcha Sumanat Joins as Judge for the National Mediation Competition 2024”
January 23, 2024, Bangkok – Khun Wanitcha Sumanas, President of the Southeast Asia Professional Translators and Interpreters Association (SEAProTI), mediator, and arbitrator affiliated with the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC), has been invited to serve as a judge at the 6th National Mediation Competition 2024.
This competition features simulated scenarios of commercial disputes, aimed at educating and inspiring the younger generation to understand the mediation process, the role of mediators, and the importance of the profession. Notably, the role of a mediator is not confined to lawyers or legal professionals. The event also includes negotiation contests, which are an integral part of the mediation process.
The competition will take place from January 23–25, 2024, at the Thailand Arbitration Center, 26th floor, Bhiraj Tower (EmQuartier). This initiative underscores the commitment to fostering sustainable development of mediation skills among youth.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

“คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส” รับเชิญเป็นกรรมการตัดสินการแข่งขัน National Mediation Competition 2024
23 มกราคม 2567, กรุงเทพมหานคร – คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ผู้ประนอมข้อพิพาท และอนุญาโตตุลาการ สังกัดสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (THAC) ได้รับเกียรติเข้าร่วมเป็นกรรมการตัดสินการแข่งขันการประนอมข้อพิพาทเชิงพาณิชย์ ครั้งที่ 6 ภายใต้ชื่อ “National Mediation Competition 2024”
การแข่งขันครั้งนี้เป็นการจำลองสถานการณ์ข้อพิพาทเชิงพาณิชย์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจให้เยาวชนเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการประนอมข้อพิพาท บทบาทของผู้ประนอม และความสำคัญของวิชาชีพนี้ ซึ่งไม่ได้จำกัดเฉพาะทนายความหรือนักกฎหมายเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดการแข่งขันการเจรจาต่อรองซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญของกระบวนการประนอมข้อพิพาทอีกด้วย
การแข่งขันดังกล่าวมีกำหนดจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 23-25 มกราคม 2567 ณ สถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ ชั้น 26 อาคารภิรัชทาวเวอร์ (เอ็มควอเทียร์) เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาทักษะด้านการประนอมข้อพิพาทเชิงพาณิชย์ในกลุ่มเยาวชนอย่างยั่งยืน
