เกณฑ์ในการขอสัญชาติไทย

กฎหมายที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดได้กำหนดให้ผู้สมัครต้องผ่านการทดสอบภาษาไทยที่จัดทำโดยคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบการขอสัญชาติ หรือแสดงหลักฐานการจบการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจากสถาบันการศึกษาที่ได้รับการรับรองในประเทศไทย
การยื่นคำขอและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผู้สมัครสามารถยื่นคำขอได้ที่กรมการปกครองในกรุงเทพฯ หรือสำนักงานจังหวัดในต่างจังหวัด สำหรับผู้ที่อยู่ต่างประเทศสามารถยื่นคำขอที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตหรือสถานกงสุลใหญ่
ค่าธรรมเนียมและระยะเวลาดำเนินการ
