SEAProTI Welcomes Representatives from Dusit District Court and Phlapphlachai Police Stations for Pre-Litigation Mediation Promotion
January 19, 2024, Bangkok – Khun Wanicha Sumanat, President of the Southeast Asia Professional Translators and Interpreters Association (SEAProTI), together with Mr. Banjerd Chanrungsri, Vice President and Registrar of the Association, welcomed the Director of the Mediation Center and officials from Dusit District Court to promote the Pre-Litigation Mediation Development Program.
This initiative is part of the Supreme Court President’s policy aimed at promoting mediation as a first recourse for the public. It seeks to alleviate court workloads while enhancing public satisfaction with the justice system. The event was also attended by the Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Phlapphlachai Police Stations 1 and 2, who extended their support and cooperation.
The program emphasizes fostering collaboration and understanding among judicial and law enforcement agencies, ensuring greater accessibility and fairness for the public.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

สมาคม SEAProTI ต้อนรับผู้แทนศาลแขวงดุสิตและสถานีตำรวจนครบาลพลับพลาไชย ในโครงการส่งเสริมการไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้อง
19 มกราคม 2567, กรุงเทพมหานคร – คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) พร้อมด้วยท่านบรรเจิด จันทร์รุ่งศรี อุปนายกและนายทะเบียนสมาคม ร่วมต้อนรับผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทและเจ้าหน้าที่จากศาลแขวงดุสิต ในโอกาสประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการส่งเสริมพัฒนาไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้อง
โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นหนึ่งในนโยบายสำคัญของท่านประธานศาลฎีกา ที่มุ่งเน้นการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาทเป็นทางเลือกแรกสำหรับประชาชน เพื่อช่วยลดภาระงานของศาลและสร้างความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการยุติธรรม โดยได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้กำกับและรองผู้กำกับของสถานีตำรวจนครบาลพลับพลาไชย 1 และ 2 ซึ่งร่วมให้การต้อนรับในครั้งนี้
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายในการสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานในกระบวนการยุติธรรม เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุดของประชาชน
