SEAProTI Participates in Partner Member 2024 with THAC to Strengthen Relationships and Discover New Benefits
On January 18, 2024, in Bangkok, Ms. Wanitcha Sumanus, President of the Southeast Asian Professional Translators and Interpreters Association (SEAProTI), and Ms. Patcharaporn Hortarakul, Advisor and Honorary Member of SEAProTI, attended the “Partner Member 2024” meeting organized by the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). The meeting aimed to introduce new benefits, discuss challenges, and explore advantages available to both individual and corporate partners.
The evening concluded with a networking dinner to strengthen bonds among partners. SEAProTI, which serves numerous international clients with document translation, interpretation services, document certification, visa and work permit processing, as well as legal cases, actively supports the promotion of mediation and arbitration services.
Mediation and arbitration are increasingly valued by international clients as effective means of resolving disputes peacefully and efficiently.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

เมื่อวันที่ 18 มกราคม 2567 ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) และคุณพัชรภรณ์ ห่อตระกูล ที่ปรึกษาและสมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์ของสมาคมฯ ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมในโครงการ “Partner Member 2024” ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดยสถาบันอนุญาโตตุลาการ (THAC) การประชุมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแนะนำสิทธิประโยชน์ใหม่ ๆ และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความท้าทาย รวมถึงผลประโยชน์ที่พาร์ทเนอร์ทั้งในประเภทบุคคลและองค์กรจะได้รับ
ในช่วงเย็น ได้มีการจัดงานเลี้ยงกระชับความสัมพันธ์เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายที่เข้มแข็งระหว่างพาร์ทเนอร์ต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะ SEAProTI ซึ่งให้บริการกับลูกค้าต่างชาติในด้านการแปลเอกสาร การให้บริการล่าม การรับรองเอกสาร วีซ่า เวิร์กเพอร์มิต รวมถึงการจัดการคดีความ
สมาคมฯ ยังสนับสนุนให้ใช้บริการไกล่เกลี่ยและอนุญาโตตุลาการมากยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากเป็นกระบวนการที่ชาวต่างชาติให้ความสำคัญสำหรับการระงับข้อพิพาทอย่างสันติวิธี
