Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) and Siam Saam Samut Nueng Tawan (3SNT) Network Successfully Hosts the 112th Academic knowledge Sharing Program”
On Monday, 9 January 2024, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) and Siam Saam Samut Nueng Tawan (3SNT) Network organized the 112th Academic knowledge Sharing Program, a free public service project conducted online via Zoom Meeting. The session featured Khun Wanitcha Sumanat, President of SEAProTI and Level-3 certified translators, as the guest speaker, delivering an insightful lecture on the topic: “Guidelines for Document Translation and Translation Certification by SEAProTI Certified Translators: A Case Study on Repatriation or Cremation of Deceased Migrant Workers.”
The lecture attracted widespread interest from target audiences, including professionals working with migrant workers, certified translators and interpreters, human resources personnel, occupational safety officers, executives, business owners, and the general public. The content provided invaluable knowledge, enhancing participants’ skills and abilities for practical application in their fields.
Participants who met the evaluation criteria were awarded online certificates (E-Certificates) free of charge, encouraging further development and capacity building among professionals in related fields.

- Pre-test Submissions: 195 (97.01%)
- Post-test Submissions: 191 (97.95%)
- Passed Participants (60% or above): 188 (98.43%)

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ngor, Page 100.

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 9 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 19.00-21.30 น. สมาคมนักแปลและล่ามมืออาชีพแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ร่วมกับเครือข่ายสยามสามสมุทรหนึ่งตะวัน (3SNT) จัดโครงการบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคม “จันทร์วิชาการ ครั้งที่ 112” ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่าน Zoom Meeting โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณวณิชชา สุมานัส นายกสมาคม SEAProTI และนักแปลระดับ 3 เป็นวิทยากรในหัวข้อ
“แนวทางการแปลเอกสารและการรับรองการแปลโดยนักแปลที่ได้รับการรับรองจาก SEAProTI: กรณีศึกษาการนำศพของแรงงานต่างด้าวกลับประเทศหรือจัดพิธีฌาปนกิจ”
กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมหลากหลายกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เช่น บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับแรงงานต่างด้าว นักแปลและล่ามที่ได้รับการรับรอง เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ผู้บริหาร เจ้าของกิจการ และประชาชนทั่วไป โดยเนื้อหาการบรรยายช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะที่สามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผลการประเมินโครงการเบื้องต้น
- จำนวนผู้ลงทะเบียน: 289 คน
- จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมฟังบรรยาย: 201 คน (69.55%)
- จำนวนผู้ส่งแบบทดสอบก่อนการอบรม: 195 คน (97.01%)
- จำนวนผู้ส่งแบบทดสอบหลังการอบรม: 191 คน (97.95%)
- จำนวนผู้สอบผ่านเกณฑ์ (60% ขึ้นไป): 188 คน (98.43%)
ผู้ที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินจะได้รับ วุฒิบัตรออนไลน์ (E-Certificate) โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญในวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้อง
