อีกทางหนึ่ง บริษัทอาจถูกเลิกโดยคำสั่งศาล ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นในกรณีที่บริษัทมีผู้ถือหุ้นน้อยกว่าสามคน บริษัทไม่ได้ดำเนินกิจการภายในหนึ่งปีหลังจากจดทะเบียน หรือบริษัทหยุดดำเนินกิจการเป็นระยะเวลาหนึ่งปีเต็ม รวมถึงกรณีที่บริษัทดำเนินกิจการต่อไปไม่ได้เนื่องจากขาดทุนอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยไม่มีแนวโน้มที่จะฟื้นตัว
การชำระบัญชี
