SEAProTI Congratulates Mr. Pairat Saengsidam
on His Appointment as Honorary Advisor to the Senate Commission on State Administration
Bangkok, February 26, 2025 – The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) extends its heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Pairat Saengsidam, an honorary member and advisor of SEAProTI, on his appointment as Honorary Advisor to the Senate Commission on State Administration. This appointment was formalized under the directive issued on February 11, 2025, and signed by Pol. Lt. Gen. Yutthana Thaiphakdee, Chairman of the Senate Commission on State Administration.
This appointment was endorsed by Resolution No. 14 of the Senate (First Ordinary Session of the Year), held on September 23, 2023, as part of the selection of the 25th Senate Commission on State Administration. The Commission plays a crucial role in studying and reviewing policies related to national and regional governance, civil service development, resource management, and improving the efficiency of government operations in alignment with principles of good governance and international standards.

Mr. Pairat Saengsidam is a distinguished professional with extensive expertise in public administration and policy development. He has held various prominent positions in governmental agencies and professional organizations, demonstrating his leadership and strategic vision. The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

กรุงเทพฯ, 26 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 – สมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ขอแสดงความยินดีอย่างยิ่งต่อ ท่านไพรัตน์ แสงสีดำ สมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์และที่ปรึกษาของ SEAProTI ในโอกาสที่ได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็น ที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์ประจำคณะกรรมาธิการการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน วุฒิสภา ตามคำสั่งของคณะกรรมาธิการ ลงวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 โดยได้รับการลงนามแต่งตั้งโดย พลตำรวจโท ยุทธนา ไทยภักดี ประธานคณะกรรมาธิการการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน วุฒิสภา
การแต่งตั้งครั้งนี้ได้รับการรับรองจากมติที่ประชุมวุฒิสภาครั้งที่ 14 (สมัยสามัญประจำปีครั้งที่หนึ่ง) เมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน 2566 ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเลือกตั้งคณะกรรมาธิการการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน ชุดที่ 25 โดยคณะกรรมาธิการฯ มีบทบาทสำคัญในการศึกษาและพิจารณาแนวทางบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน ทั้งในระดับส่วนกลางและระดับภูมิภาค อีกทั้งยังมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบราชการ การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรของประเทศ และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับหลักธรรมาภิบาลและมาตรฐานสากล
บทบาทสำคัญของท่านไพรัตน์ แสงสีดำ
ท่านไพรัตน์ แสงสีดำ เป็นบุคคลที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และมีประสบการณ์อันยาวนานในด้านการบริหารงานภาครัฐและการพัฒนานโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน ท่านเป็นผู้ที่มีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล และเคยดำรงตำแหน่งที่สำคัญหลายตำแหน่งในหน่วยงานภาครัฐและองค์กรวิชาชีพต่าง ๆ การได้รับแต่งตั้งเป็นที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์ในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการตอกย้ำถึงความเชี่ยวชาญและความสามารถของท่านในการเป็นผู้นำทางความคิดและการให้คำปรึกษาในระดับประเทศ
