Invitation to the SEAProTI Annual General Meeting 2025
To: Registered members, honorary members, and advisors of the association
The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) cordially invites all registered members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025, which will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the 2nd-floor meeting room of Lumpini Metropolitan Police Station.
This meeting is a significant opportunity for members to receive updates on the association’s past year’s performance, review financial reports, discuss upcoming plans for 2025, and address key issues concerning the translation and interpreting profession in the Southeast Asian region.

The Southeast Asian Association of Professional Translators and Interpreters (SEAProTI) has officially announced the criteria and qualifications for individuals to register as “Certified Translators,” “Translation Certification Providers,” and “Certified Interpreters” under the association’s regulations. These guidelines are detailed in Sections 9 and 10 of the Royal Thai Government Gazette, issued by the Secretariat of the Cabinet under the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, dated July 25, 2024, Volume 141, Part 66 Ng, Page 100.

ขอเชิญประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2568 สมาคม SEAProTI
เรียน สมาชิกสมาคมที่ขึ้นทะเบียนแล้ว สมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์ และที่ปรึกษาสมาคม
สมาคมวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามแห่งเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ (SEAProTI) ขอเชิญสมาชิกที่มีรายชื่อขึ้นทะเบียนแล้วเข้าร่วม การประชุมสามัญประจำปี 2568 ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันเสาร์ที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.30 – 13.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 2 สถานีตำรวจนครบาลลุมพินี
การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสสำคัญสำหรับสมาชิกในการร่วมรับฟังรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของสมาคมในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา การนำเสนองบประมาณและแผนงานในปี 2568 ตลอดจนการพิจารณาเรื่องสำคัญต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพนักแปลและล่ามในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้

เหตุผลที่สมาชิกไม่ควรพลาดการประชุมนี้

- มีโอกาสแสดงความคิดเห็นและเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาวิชาชีพ
- มีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานของสมาคม
- รับทราบโอกาสในการอบรมและพัฒนาความสามารถทางวิชาชีพ
ข้อกำหนดสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม
- การประชุมครั้งนี้เป็นงานภายใน สมาชิกทุกท่านต้องลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าเพื่อเข้าร่วม
- ไม่อนุญาตให้ walk-in หน้างาน และหากมีบุคคลที่ไม่ได้รับเชิญพยายามเข้าร่วม จะถูกดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายฐานบุกรุก
- ห้ามนำญาติ พี่น้อง หรือบุคคลภายนอกเข้าร่วมโดยเด็ดขาด
