สิทธิประโยชน์ที่นักลงทุนจะได้รับ

- อนุญาตให้ชาวต่างชาติถือครองที่ดิน ซึ่งปกติเป็นเรื่องที่ทำไม่ได้ในประเทศไทย

นอกจากนี้ นักลงทุนยังสามารถถือครองหุ้นบริษัทได้เต็ม 100% ต่างจากการจัดตั้งบริษัททั่วไปในประเทศไทยที่ต้องมีหุ้นส่วนคนไทยถือหุ้นอย่างน้อย 51%
ขั้นตอนการสมัคร BOI
แม้ว่าขั้นตอนจะดูซับซ้อน แต่หากมีการเตรียมตัวและเอกสารที่ครบถ้วน การสมัคร BOI จะเป็นเรื่องที่ทำได้ไม่ยาก โดยมีขั้นตอนสำคัญดังนี้:

การวางแผนธุรกิจ
ขั้นตอนแรกคือต้องกำหนดแนวคิดธุรกิจของคุณให้ชัดเจน โดยเริ่มจากการตอบคำถามว่า ธุรกิจของคุณจะทำอะไร ขายอะไร และจะประสบความสำเร็จในประเทศไทยได้อย่างไร หลังจากนั้นตรวจสอบว่าธุรกิจของคุณอยู่ในประเภทที่ BOI สนับสนุนหรือไม่ -
การยื่นเอกสารและนำเสนอแผนธุรกิจ
เมื่อพร้อมแล้ว คุณจะต้องยื่นคำขอพร้อมเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น แผนธุรกิจและแผนโครงการ จากนั้นจะมีการนำเสนอแผนงานต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของ BOI เพื่อพิจารณาความเหมาะสม -
การอนุมัติและยอมรับเงื่อนไข
หลังการพิจารณา BOI จะส่งเงื่อนไขและสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับมาให้คุณ หากคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมด คุณต้องยืนยันกลับไปภายในเวลาที่กำหนด -
การจดทะเบียนบริษัท
หลังจากได้รับการอนุมัติ นักลงทุนต้องดำเนินการจดทะเบียนบริษัทในประเทศไทยให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 6 เดือน -
การขอวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน
สำหรับการจ้างแรงงานต่างชาติ นักลงทุนต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-Expert เพื่อขออนุมัติ จากนั้นสามารถดำเนินการขอวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงานได้ -
การปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและรายงานความคืบหน้า
บริษัทที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด เช่น การติดตั้งเครื่องจักรภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และต้องรายงานความคืบหน้าต่อ BOI อย่างต่อเนื่อง
